≥99% purity
Purity determined by HPLC
Every peptide in the catalogue is specified at ≥99% purity. Purity is determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at an independent third-party laboratory, independently of our own production.
The specification is published on the product page itself rather than held back for a datasheet request.
Why it matters
Purity is the share of the vial that is the target compound. A figure produced by a laboratory with no stake in the result is the only version of it worth comparing between suppliers.
Mass spectrometry
Identity confirmed by mass spectrometry
Alongside purity, each batch is checked by mass spectrometry to confirm that its molecular weight matches the compound named on the label.
The expected CAS number, molecular formula and molecular weight are published on every product page, so a listing can be checked against an independent chemical reference before anything is ordered.
Why it matters
Purity tells you how much of the vial is a single compound. Mass spectrometry is what establishes that the compound is the one you ordered.
Per batch
A certificate of analysis for every batch
Each batch is accompanied by a certificate of analysis recording its HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity results from an independent third-party laboratory. Certificates are issued per batch, not as one generic document covering a product line.
Why it matters
Batches differ. A certificate tied to the batch you actually received is what lets an observation be traced back to the specific material that produced it.

Freeze-dried powder in sealed vials
Peptides are supplied as lyophilised — freeze-dried — powder in sealed glass vials. Net contents per vial are published on the product page, and the vial is labelled with the product name, strength and research-use warnings.
Shipping can break the solid cake into loose powder. That is expected and does not affect the material.
Why it matters
Freeze-dried powder in a sealed vial is the stable state for transport and storage, and an intact seal is the evidence that the vial has not been opened in transit.

Vials are labelled to store at −20 °C, protected from light. Where material is reconstituted, our labelling specifies storage at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days. These materials are to be handled by qualified laboratory personnel only.

Storage is the variable most likely to change what is in a vial between dispatch and use, which is why the conditions are printed on the label rather than left on a web page.

Returns & guarantees
Email [email protected] within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date, with your order number and — for damage — photographs of the packaging and contents. If tracking shows a package is lost we will reship the order or issue a refund; if products arrive damaged we send free replacements. Cover requires that the address given at checkout was correct and complete.
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed. Products whose seals have been opened, or that have been reconstituted or otherwise handled, are non-returnable except where they arrived damaged or incorrect.
