Processing & dispatch

In-stock orders placed before our daily cut-off are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product details visible on the exterior.

Carriers, tracking & delivery times

We ship via major carriers with tracking provided by email once your order is dispatched. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Qualifying domestic orders over $200 ship free.

Restricted destinations

We only ship where it is lawful to do so. Some destinations are restricted — see our Restricted Products & Compliance page. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfill.
