What's covered
Lost in transit: if carrier tracking shows no movement or a package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a refund.
Damaged on arrival: if products arrive broken or compromised, we will send free replacements.
How to file a claim
Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and, for damage, photos of the packaging and contents.
Conditions
Coverage requires that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct and complete. The guarantee covers carrier handling of your shipment; it does not extend to losses resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
