4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe a product may be misused, where required information is incomplete, or where an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of order via the methods offered at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quill Peptides is not liable for any damages arising from the misuse, handling, or application of any product. Products are provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Quill Peptides operates. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
