Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process orders?

In-stock orders placed before our daily cut-off are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Domestic delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch; delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from within the United States. The carrier is chosen at the time of dispatch, and tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally / why isn't my country listed at checkout?

If a country is not listed at checkout, we do not ship there. See our Restricted Products & Compliance page for details. Buyers are responsible for confirming that these materials are lawful to import into their own jurisdiction.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on qualifying U.S. domestic orders over $200. Other rates are calculated at checkout by destination and speed.

Do you take phone orders?

No. All orders are placed through our secure, encrypted online store.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery — email us first for return instructions. Opened or reconstituted items are non-returnable except where they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect; contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Can you declare my parcel as a gift or lower the value?

Absolutely not. We do not misrepresent customs information. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes/VAT/fees.

Will you ship without labels?

No. By law we display product name, potency, lot number, expiration, and warnings. Wholesale white-labeling with your logo is available on request.

Storage & Handling

How do I store peptides?

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for ~2 years. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated.

Do liquid research chemicals need refrigeration?

No, they are stable at room temperature.

What does "lyophilized" mean?

Freeze-dried. It is the stable state peptides are shipped and stored in until reconstituted.

The powder is a solid mass or looks powdery — is that normal?

Yes. Shipping may break the solid mass into powder; this does not affect purity.

It didn't dissolve immediately on reconstitution — is that bad?

No. Give it time and roll the vial gently between your fingers. Never shake the vial.

Net Peptide Content vs Purity

Purity is the amount of target peptide by HPLC at 214nm. Net peptide content is the peptide portion relative to non-peptide matter (counterions, residual water) and is determined by amino-acid analysis; it may vary batch to batch.

Account & Orders

What are the benefits of registering an account?

An account lets you check out faster, track your orders, and access volume pricing on bulk research quantities.

All orders placed while signed in are listed on your account page.
