Cancel before shipment
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We ship quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
All sales final after shipment
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind after shipment, even if products are unopened, unused, or in their original packaging.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Lost shipments
Our Delivery Guarantee continues to apply to eligible lost or damaged shipments.
Approved refunds
Refunds for cancellations before shipment and approved order issues are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
